A Civil War General

Recently, a client of mine decided to bring her husband to a session with me.  About 1 hour into the session, I could see the words “Civil War”, so I told him I felt a Civil War connection with him.  He nodded yes.  In my mind’s eye I was then shown a man on a horse, who had a sword.  He was wearing a grayish uniform with gold buttons.  I had to admit to them that I couldn’t remember which side wore gray, however, I felt a strong sense of the south with him!  I also felt that he played an important role in the war, he wasn’t just a soldier.  Interestingly, above the man’s head I saw the word “killed”.  I told them that he was killed in a battle.  I also told them to buy a picture of this man and hang it in a home that was to become an “Inn”.  They ended up revealing that the man on the horse was Jeb Stuart, of whom they had recently purchased pictures.  They also revealed that he was a confederate cavalry commander who rode a horse, carried a sword, had ties to Robert E. Lee, and was killed in battle.  Jeb Stuart had, at one time, lived on their land and owned one of their homes, which they are hoping to turn into an Inn…none of which I knew ahead of time!  It was as if Jeb brought them to the session, to communicate his support for their new Inn.  I also felt that Jeb wanted his legacy to live on and the house restored to it’s original splendor.  This session went on for two hours, however, time just flew by.  We were all so thrilled at having shared a genuine encounter/communication from this Civil War General!
