Have you ever “not forgiven” someone? It seems that we’ve all been there at some point in our lives. From what I have learned through my readings for clients, that angry disposition carries over into the afterlife. During one afternoon reading, I had brought through a man that had sexually abused his daughter. It was clear to me that he was sad and disturbed. Initially he did not divulge what he had done, I just knew that there was clearly an attitude of regret and sorrow. Near the end of the reading, I asked the daughter if she forgave her dad. For the first time in her life, she had indeed forgiven him and he had also forgiven himself. Interestingly, I then saw him join the rest of the deceased family members that had also come through earlier. The anger, sorrow, and lack of forgiveness had literally separated him from the rest of the family, including the daughter’s five year old son that had died several years ago. Learn to forgive all people for all things, for you do not want to take that with you into the afterlife. It’s like baggage that no one wants to claim at the airport. Once you release what angers you, everything in your life will improve, including your overall health. Let’s face it, an unforgiving heart only hurts YOU in the long run, not your intended target.
